Our first live radio session, along with four promotional jingles, all broadcast on Britain's premier National Radio Station! The band was a frenzied bundle of nervous energy - busting guitar-strings and snapping drum-sticks. Recorded directly from the infamous Maida Vale studio mixing desk, so the DJ can only be heard as spillage. Features two songs that went otherwise unrecorded, and a reworking of Road Rash in the style of the Remix EP
VPRO, AMSTERDAM, NL 19/10/1997
Again broadcast live, this time from a little café in Amsterdam on the afternoon of our show at the Paradiso, during our first European tour. Unfortunately, the band had only just come off stage in Belgium about 8 hours prior to this broadcast, before driving all night to make the session... and it shows! Features us attempting to play 'White Coal'in the style of the Lo-Fi Allstars re-mix

Recorded live in a paltry two hours at London's Greenhouse studio. Features early takes of tracks that made up the My Idle Hands LP
